The Bell County Detention Center is one of the most overcrowded in the state of Kentucky. This means that the men and women there do not have a lot of personal space, and keeping up with court-related paperwork is difficult. Rev. Zach Bay is asked often for pocket folders to help with this. Please consider picking some up and dropping them by the church office, M-F, between 9 AM to 1 PM. Thanks.
